We had a great time on the lake tonight with the Enlows. Gerrick and I both agree that all the worries and stresses of life just seem to fade when you're on the lake, cruising in a boat or tearing it up on a wakeboard. We hope our kids will grow to enjoy this as much as we do! As for tonight's trip-the LOVED it!

Trace loves his friends!

We have been blessed to have many friends that have boys around the same age as Trace. It's so fun to get together with our friends and watch the boys play. It's a good learning experience-teaching Trace how to share his toys!:-) The above picture is a blurry one of Will (sorry) and Trace-these guys get together once a week to play! Will's mom, Marshall, and I look forward to this time as well! Trace was battling a case of allergies here-hence the swollen, red eyes and dazed look!

Multi-Tasker

While Trace was eating lunch today, I was also feeding Anna Kate. I looked over at Trace and he had grabbed my phone and was talking on it while also eating his applesauce! It looks like Trace is going to be good at doing 2 things at a time! Either that, or he sees his mommy talking on the phone while doing ten things at once-oops!

Mother's Day 2008

It was such a wonderful mother's day! We were able to dedicate our little Anna Kate in a special service at our church today. It was such neat thing to make a commitment as her parents to guide and teach her to walk with the Lord. What an awesome opportunity as parents!

Mother's Day cont'd

No success today in getting a picture of the kids-we decided not to make Trace mad today, so we gave up!

But he did enjoy some good wrestle time with Daddy in the front yard!
